Hardy plumbago. A low-growing, spreading, woody perennial with slender red stems and bright blue flowers. Drought tolerant and suitable for full or part sun. Will die back in winter returning in Spring.

The plant spreads slowly by means of rhizomes, gradually forming a thick carpet. Its flowers appear from mid-summer onwards and are produced in succession until it gets cold.

Tolerates alkaline conditions well and is unfussy about soil type.

  • Plants that we only hold a limited stock of, or only propagate occasionally or on demand. This also includes plants we are going to propagate in the near future.
